If you are like most individuals, you find that you are in a mad dash from the time you arise until the time you go to bed. stress has enveloped our lives like never before but tension can be controlled if you can plan and organize your life a bit better. They may feel that by saying no, they will disappoint others, but the only individual they end up disappointing is them self because there is no time left to do what they want to do.

How many times in the recent past has work kept you away from lunch or your exercise schedule? If you are one of them who often experience these things, take time off and prepare 2 lists. The first list should hold all the things that are most important to you and your priorities, and the second should contain your list of activities for the whole day. Now check and compare the two lists and if there are discrepancies, you need to make the required alterations, and think to take out some time exclusively for that you are.

Handling your money: Taking up two jobs or working continuously for extended hours are common amongst people who are trying to make a better living. Review your monetary situation – find out things which can be cut down, so as to make the money circumstances look more prosperous. Learn to supervise your money more efficiently and then if you get your financial life under control, your stress level will go down a bit and you may be able to cut back on your hours at work.

Get your life more directed: Stop searching for lost or missing files and things as this takes away a lot of time. Not to mention the stress you feel each night when you come home to a sprawling, chaotic home.
